Afterward, sit in a private vehicle that will escort you to the Mussoorie hotel. The drive to Mussoorie from Dehradun is not long-distance, but the views outside the car window are jaw-droppingly beautiful. As you reach the hotel, confirm your presence at the reception by doing a check-in with your identification proof. Then take some rest. After a while of a few hours, utilize the half-day for sightseeing of Mussoorie Lake, Library Bazar. Your arrival day will be at your leisure. You can do whatever you want. After sunset, return to the hotel for overnight sleep after scrumptious dinner.

- Driver is NOT A GUIDE, he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own
- Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable

Important:
- Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
- There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
- Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
- Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost
- 15 days prior to arrival: 35% of the Tour / service cost
- 07 days prior to arrival: 80% of the Tour / service cost
- 72 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- Our Liabilities & Limitations:
- Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
- Payments:
- For the services contracted, 30% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid at least 15 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases like special Flight train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance
