Upon your arrival in Bangalore, our tour representative will pick you up and you will have assisted transfer to the pre-booked hotel. Take some rest and after fresh up, you will proceed for the sightseeing tour of Mysore Ooty Coonoor package tour from Bangalore. The first stopover of the day will be Lalbagh which is a popular botanical garden and is being thrived by the locals during the evening hours. Spread over a sprawling area of 270 acres of land, this botanical garden is a heaven for nature lovers. The garden comprises a rare species of French, Persian, and Af-ghani plants. - In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost
- 15 days prior to arrival: 35% of the Tour / service cost
- 07 days prior to arrival: 80% of the Tour / service cost
- 72 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- Our Liabilities & Limitations:
- Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
- Payments:
- For the services contracted, 30% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid at least 15 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.
