Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the representative of IHPL, who will also be assisting you with your smooth and swift transfer from the airport to your destination which is Bhavnagar. On this trip, you will be crossing Lothal city. This is an important and ancient city. Its existence dates back to the Indus Valley Civilization to approximately 2400 BC. If you are an archeological buff, this city is going to be a primary site for you. If time allows, you can visit the famous Nishkalank Mahadev temple which is a historic temple situated in this town. From there you will be heading to the hotel in Bhavnagar. On arrival, you will get to the hotel, complete your check-in formalities and then take some rest. Your dinner will be served in the room after which you can go to sleep in your comfortable bed.
Wake up early today so that you can get a chance to offer your prayers to Lord Shiva upfront, at Nishkalank Mahadev temple. After this, you will return to the hotel and then drive to Vadodara in the early afternoon. You will reach there by evening. You can take a halt at a place of your desire to grab a quick lunch. Then head to the hotel. Upon arrival, you will complete the check-in process and then get some rest in your room. Your dinner will be served in your room after which you can tuck yourself in the comfortable bed to get some sleep.
You will be having an early breakfast today, after which you can head to Vadodara sightseeing. Complete your check-out formalities and then meet our representative who will be helping you with your commuting. The first place where you will be visiting is the Statue of Unity and the key attraction of the city. From there you can also head towards the Sardar Sarovar Dam. After spending a complete day of sightseeing you will be assisted with your transit to Ahmedabad. You will be dropped off at your favorite place for the journey onwards.

- Please not that AC will be switched off while travelling in hilly terrain
- Transfers & Sightseeing by comfortable A/C vehicle as per the holiday itinerary. Ac Indigo or similar for 1-3 guests, Ac Innova or similar for 4-5 guests, Tempo traveller or similar for 6 and more guests
- Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable

Important:
- Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
- There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
- Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
- Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost
- 15 days prior to arrival: 35% of the Tour / service cost
- 07 days prior to arrival: 80% of the Tour / service cost
- 72 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- Our Liabilities & Limitations:
- Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
- Payments:
- For the services contracted, 30% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid at least 15 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases like special Flight train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance
