Upon your arrival in Kochi, our executive will welcome you and take you to Munnar. You can check in to the hotel and freshen up and set off on the adventurous journey exploring one of South India’s most favourite hill stations. You can head to Mattuppetty Dam for a picturesque start. The dam offers an incredible view of the hill station. Mattuppetty Dairy Farm is the perfect place to grasp a quick understanding of the livelihood of Munnar. Among the many waterfalls that dots across Munnar, Attukad Waterfalls and Lakkom Waterfalls are two popular places tourists make sure they don’t miss. You can also spend some peaceful time at the tranquil Kundala Lake.
The second day can be reserved for some adventure. For those who love to trek, there are plenty of options like Meesapulimala, Echo point, Top Station or Eravikulam National Park. While the trek in itself can be an indescribably beautiful experience, the view that you catch on the way and at the summit is something that will stay with you forever. - The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest
- Hotel check in is 1400hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs
- Houseboat check out time is 0900hrs
- Ac in houseboat will operate between 2000hrs to 0800 hrs
- Full meals will be provided in the houseboat as per guests meal preference (Veg/Non Veg)

- Driver is NOT A GUIDE, he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own
- Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable

Important:
- Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
- There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
- Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
- Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost
- 15 days prior to arrival: 35% of the Tour / service cost
- 07 days prior to arrival: 80% of the Tour / service cost
- 72 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- Our Liabilities & Limitations:
- Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
- Payments:
- For the services contracted, 30% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid at least 15 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases like special Flight train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance
